1 The first three columns of this table were derived from Utah regulations by AWAL. The last two columns were created from method requirements and/or Utah DEQ requirements by AWAL.

3 HECD is an electrolytic conductivity detector and is required for halogenated compounds by method 8021B. Use of only FID and/or PID is not acceptable.

It must be noted that both TPH-GRO (C6-C10) and TPG-DRO (C10-C28) cannot be analyzed by performing one analysis. Both purge and trap, and extraction are required to perform both of these analyses resulting in two separate analytical instrument runs. TPH-GRO results from analyses performed without purge and trap may not be accepted by Utah and may result in resampling and reanalysis.
