* Business days do not include holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays. Samples received after 4:00PM will be considered received on the next business day for TAT purposes. Analytical reports will be communicated to the client on or before 5:00PM on the due date. When counting business days do not count the sample delivery date. In other words, for samples received on Monday (before 4:00PM) for a 5 day rush (Priority V) the report is due to our client no later than 5:00PM on the following Monday (assuming no holidays during this period). If you require a priority report, please contact AWAL for availability as some rushes may not be possible, particularly the "Extreme Priority". If these criteria are not acceptable please contact AWAL for an alternative report delivery schedule as we will make every attempt to meet your reporting requirements.
